After seven years of ownership, Floyd Mayweather Jr. has decided to put his luxurious Beverly Hills mansion back on the market for an impressive $48 million—$22.5 million more than the $25.5 million he paid in cash for the property in 2017.

The home, designed in a French Modern style, is situated behind high hedges and iron gates on a half-acre lot adjacent to the Beverly Hills Hotel. It was developed by Nile Niami, who purchased the previous home on the site for $16.5 million in 2014.

The guesthouse is tucked under the swimming pool’s distictive terrace.

Inside, the mansion features a stunning marble foyer with a chandelier and coffered ceiling, along with six bedrooms and ten bathrooms spread across over 15,000 square feet. Notable amenities include a wood-paneled library, a cocktail bar with a glass-encased wine display, and a guesthouse equipped with a movie theater, gym, staff quarters, and a four-car garage.

Additional highlights include a living room with a decorative fireplace and mirrored accent wall, a formal dining room, and a sleek kitchen with an eat-in island. The primary suite boasts a private terrace and dual walk-in closets and baths. The outdoor space features a resort-style pool and spa surrounded by a black-and-white striped sundeck.

Listed by Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman, Mayweather, 47, also owns a $10 million mansion in Las Vegas and a Miami Beach compound acquired in 2021 for $18 million. Throughout his boxing career, he has earned over $1 billion.
